This Privacy Policy explains how Bennelli LLC doing business as Fixelton ("Fixelton," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit https://www.fixelton.com (the "Site"), email us, or use our website redesign, rebuild, and chat care services (the "Services").

By using the Site or Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you provide

We collect information you choose to send us, including when you:

• Email [email protected] or reply to our messages
• Request a redesign, rebuild, or chat care
• Send project materials (for example business name, website URL, logos, copy, photos, brand preferences, hosting or domain details, and login credentials needed to do the work)
• Pay for Services (billing name, email, and payment details processed by our payment provider)
• Communicate with us in chat or similar channels for care updates

This may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, website URL, message content, and payment-related information.

2.2 Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, our hosting and security providers (currently Cloudflare) may automatically collect technical information such as:

• IP address
• Browser type and device information
• Pages visited, dates/times, and approximate general location derived from IP
• Referral URL
• Standard server and security logs

We do not currently load separate third-party advertising or marketing pixels on the Site. If we add analytics or similar tools later, we will update this Policy.

2.3 Payment information

If you pay online, card and wallet details are handled by our payment processor (for example Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our own servers. The processor may receive your name, email, billing details, and transaction metadata under its own privacy policy.

2.4 Credentials and client site access

To rebuild or update your site, you may give us access credentials or invite us to your hosting, domain, or CMS. We use that access only to perform the Services, and we ask you to rotate or revoke access when the work is done when that is practical.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• Respond to inquiries and provide the Services
• Operate, secure, and improve the Site
• Process payments, deposits, refunds, and invoices
• Communicate about projects, care updates, and service notices
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms
• Show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you opt out before launch (as described in our Terms)

We do not sell your personal information.

4. How we share information

We may share information with:

• Service providers who help us run the business (hosting, DNS, email, chat tools, payment processing, error monitoring, and similar vendors), under obligations to use the data only for their services to us
• Professionals such as accountants or lawyers when needed
• Authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, or security
• A buyer or successor if we sell or reorganize the business, subject to this Policy or a successor policy

We do not share personal information with third parties for their own unrelated marketing.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

The Site may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for hosting, security, and basic operation (including technologies provided by Cloudflare).

We do not currently use the Site for advertising cookies or cross-site ad tracking. Your browser settings may let you block some cookies; blocking required cookies can affect how the Site works.

6. Retention

We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above, including:

• Project and care records for as long as we provide Services and for a reasonable period afterward
• Payment and tax records as required by law
• Security and server logs for a shorter operational period unless needed longer for investigations or legal reasons

When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it when practical.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Please use unique passwords for any credentials you share, and tell us promptly if you believe access was compromised.

8. Children's privacy

The Site and Services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where a higher age applies). If you believe a child provided information, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion
• Request a copy of information you provided
• Opt out of certain processing, where applicable

California residents: We do not sell personal information as "sell" is commonly defined under the CCPA/CPRA. You may request to know, delete, or correct personal information we collected about you, subject to legal exceptions. You will not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights.

You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails (service and transactional messages may still be sent).

We are based in the United States. If you access the Site from elsewhere, your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate, which may have different data-protection rules than your country.

11. Third-party sites and client websites

The Site may link to third-party sites. Their privacy practices are their own. When we rebuild or care for your website, that site may collect information from your visitors under your privacy policy and tools. This Policy covers Fixelton's own Site and how we handle information as your service provider, not your end customers unless we expressly host or process that data for you under a separate arrangement.

We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a new version on this page and changing the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site or Services after a change means you accept the updated Policy for that ongoing use. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to highlight them when appropriate.
